First Saskatchewan Expression of Interest Draw Held on August 21, 2018

On August 21, 2018, Saskatchewan issued its Express Entry invitations via its first Expression of Interest. A total of 466 invitations were issued to all the immigrants wanting to go to Saskatchewan via its Express Entry invitations. The cut-off score of the draw was 68 and all the eligible candidates were issued provincial nomination certificates which would provide an additional 600 points towards their Comprehensive Ranking Score i.e. CRS. The minimum eligibility criterion that is to be fulfilled to get eligible for Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program is of 60 points. As announced by Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program in the month of July, all interested immigrants intending to migrate to Saskatchewan are required to register in the SINP OASIS online system and complete the EOI profile before applying. Post receiving the provincial nomination certificate from Saskatchewan, candidates are awarded an additional 600 CRS points.
