Manitoba Expression of Interest Draw held on September 28, 2018

A total of 392 invitations were sent to candidates to apply for its provincial nomination through Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Out of 392 invitations, 191 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) were issued to candidates in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program’s Skilled Worker Overseas Stream. Candidates received a minimum score of at least 679 out of a total score of 1000 based on the Express Entry Profile and their Expression of Interest (EOI) profile to be eligible for LAA invitation.

Out of the 191 invitations who received LAA, a total of 31 candidates were issued LAA through the MPNP’s Strategic Recruitment Initiative with a lowest ranking score of 713. For all the candidates who interest in applying for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program’s Skilled Worker Overseas stream, first, need to complete their Expression of Interest (EOI) profile and are further entered into the pool where they are ranked against other candidates. The rest 201 invitations were issued to candidates in Manitoba EOI pool, who have a close relative in the province or past education/work experience or minimum of six months of recent work experience in Manitoba. The lowest ranked candidate had the score of 592.
