In this draw, candidates who meet the criteria for Human Capital Priorities Stream are identified from the pool and issued a notification to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

The draw held on May 31 was the second draw held in 2019 by Ontario through Human Capital Priorities Stream. With this draw, the number of Notifications of Interest (NOI) issued to the Express Entry candidates through Human Capital Priorities Stream this year has reached 2,565.

Canada’s PNP allows 9 provinces and 2 territories to select immigrants for Canadian Permanent Residence. Ontario is one such province that operates OINP to invite aspirants seeking permanent residence in Canada.

The candidates who receive invitations for provincial nomination receive an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points that will guarantee them an Invitation to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian permanent residence in subsequent Express Entry Draw.
