Getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR

Canadian immigrants - Canada-Invitation to Apply -Canada Permanent Resident Card Immigrate to Canada as a Skilled Worker from India inadmissibility

Receiving an Invitation to Apply is a significant step on your path to becoming a permanent resident of Canada. You are one step closer to realising your Canada immigration ambition after you receive an ITA for Canada PR. However, even a minor mistake or inaccuracy might have a negative impact on your application, such as a rejection or refusal from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

The first step toward realising your dream is to build and submit an Express Entry profile in order to be considered for a spot in the pool of applicants. While getting an ITA provides a formal start to your immigration procedure because it qualifies you to submit your eAPR, or electronic application for permanent residency. You must also submit supporting documentation and pay the relevant fees in addition to your final application.

At this point, a mistake or error on your part could result in your application being rejected. As a result, it is critical that you avoid making such errors.

Always go through your profile.

After receiving an invitation, you must carefully verify your Express Entry profile details to confirm that you have not given any inaccurate or misleading information. Otherwise, the IRCC will reject the application on the basis that it was submitted with the intent of providing fraudulent information or documentation. You may also be ruled inadmissible or prohibited from applying for permanent residence in Canada for up to 5 years.

Always double-check your eligibility.

The mere receipt of an ITA does not entitle you to a Canada PR visa. You must re-verify whether you are still eligible for the programme after providing all of the information on your profile. It is necessary to ensure that no new rules or regulations have been imposed, or that current rules and regulations have not been changed. You must check your eligibility for the selected programme based on the same.

Always present sufficient evidence.

Whatever information you provide to the IRCC, make sure to provide supporting documentation for any claims you make in your profile about your educational qualifications, work experience, admissibility, age, nationality, and so on.
