Alberta held an Express Entry draw to invite the candidates to apply for the provincial nomination for permanent residence on April 20 the details for which were released later. It is another Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) draw.
Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) issued 200 invitations to candidates who are eligible through the Alberta Express Entry Stream. The candidates were invited on the basis of Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score; the minimum score for the draw dropped to 301 points.
In order to be invited in Alberta’s new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, candidates needed to have a profile in the Express Entry system.
Express Entry system is used by federal government to manage the PR applications for the following three federal immigration streams:
Candidates are required to qualify in one of these immigration streams to be in Express Entry pool and they are assessed based on the multiple factors like age, education, work experience and language ability and are ranked according to the CRS score.
The candidates who have highest ranking are invited to apply for PR through the regular Express Entry draws. Candidates who receive a provincial nomination are awarded an additional 600 CRS points. Considering the score in recent months, the additional score ensures the receipt of invitation to apply in subsequent Express Entry draw.
Express Entry candidates have the opportunity to receive an invitation to apply for a provincial nomination from Alberta, as well as other provinces with Express Entry-aligned PNPs. They need to have work experience in an eligible occupation. AINP provides a list of excluded occupations from the demand on the official website.
Alberta was allowed to issue 6250 nomination certificates in 2020 while the province planned to issue just 4000 nomination certificates due to pandemic which were issues by June 2020. For this year, the number of nominations AINP can issue is not disclosed yet.
Had fantastic experience. My case officer was Dhara, she was very prompt and dedicated towards it. She was also thorough in the documents and resolve any queries within a day. Wish to have same support in future also.
I would like to thank you to the team and specially Ms. Norin for continuous attention on the file preparation. I am very satisfied with all services. I look forward to seeing great support from winny as always for further processes.
I have started with processing for Canadian PR with the Winny Immigrations. So as far my experience is quite good. My first meeting was set up with Amit Goswami. He is explained me the entire process in detail and answered to my each question. Call back and email feedback to resolve the issues is quite effective with him. I appreciate his support and I looking for the same support till the end of the process. Thank you so much.
I have had a wonderful career-changing experience with Winny. They have really good knowledge, experience and the right people to do the job. Ofcourse, there are many products and may/may not fit all people. But Winny does guide you very well with all information that is required to make the best call for yourself. Remember Winny is to guide you, help you for a career path. A Profile’s success & failure is on the Embassy and Candidate solely. There were a few hiccups in my profile from the embassy side, but it was handled PERFECTLY by the team Winny. That’s what makes it outstanding than all other immigration consultants. I have referred many of my friends and shall continue doing the same. Keep up the good work 💪 Winny!
My experience at Winny is nice. They are very cooperative and giving their client proper suggestions and guidance. Even in pandemic, staff was making all the efforts to function normally. They provide professional service and really extremely great advice. I appreciate the Winny team for their services. They are focusing on accuracy which is good part. Still my process is not completed but till now I am satisfied with the services. Definitely going to recommend to everyone.
