The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program conducted a new draw on August 10 and issued invitations issuing at least 163 invitations through multiple streams

  • There were 155 invitations to the general draw for skilled workers and international graduates under the five BC PNP streams. The minimum score ranged from 76 to 114 points.
  • A draw targeted at Early Childhood Educators under NOC 4214 saw 5 invitations issued to skilled workers and international graduates, with a minimum score of 60 points.
  • ‘less than 5’ invitations were sent to healthcare workers scoring at least 60 points in a draw targeted at skilled workers, international graduates, and entry level and semi-skilled workers. The number was recorded as ‘less than 5’ to protect the identity of those invited.
  • In a draw specifically for Healthcare Assistants under NOC 3413, fewer than five invitations were issued to entry level and semi-skilled workers scoring at least 60 points.
  • Under NOCs 3114 and 3213, the final set of ‘less than five’ targeted invitations were issued to veterinarians, animal health technologists, and veterinary technicians with a minimum score of 60.
