You must have a post-graduation work permit and CLB 7 or better language skills. If you meet these requirements, you may be eligible for PR as an entrepreneur through Nova Scotia’s provincial nomination process.

You attended and completed a full-time course in Saskatchewan for at least two years. You have a valid PGWP that is still valid for at least 24 months. You have a CLB 7 or better language proficiency. Before applying, you must own at least one-third of a business in Saskatchewan and have operated it for at least one year. If you are the sole employee of your company, your minimum revenue must be more than Saskatchewan’s Low Income Cut Off. If the company hires more workers, the company’s minimum income must meet the cost of paying the National Job Bank’s prevailing salaries.

 

International Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream in Alberta

You must have finished a two-year full-time study programme in the province, have a Post-Graduation work permit that is valid for at least two years, and have CLB 7 or better language skills.You must either start a new business or take over an existing one in Alberta and own a minimum of 34% of the company. There is no minimum investment requirement, however if you invest $75,001 or more, you will receive the highest score in the points grid.Six months of full-time work experience managing or operating a business is required.

The Newfoundland programme, like the other PNP entrepreneur streams for international graduates, has no minimum investment or net worth requirements.Applicants must have completed a two-year full-time course at Memorial University or the College of the North Atlantic. You must have a PGWP, have CLB 7 or better language skills, and be at least 21 years old.You must own at least one-third of a Newfoundland firm and have at least one year of active management experience. You can either start a new business or take over an existing one in the province, and you must create at least one new employment.
