October 2, 2019 – Canadian immigration authorities have conducted new express entry draw issuing 3,900 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
In the draw, those candidates are eligible and selected in the round that have Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score 464 and above.
The draw was an increase of 300 Invitation to Apply (ITA) as compared to the previously held draw on September 18.
Earlier, the IRCC has invited 3,900 Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence which was on January 23, 2019.
The Express Entry system is Canada’s major source of skilled foreign workers, wherein candidates in the express entry pool receive a comprehensive ranking system score based on their education, age, skilled work experience and proficiency in English or French.
A job offer is not the major criteria under the express entry pool. The candidates with highest ranking score are invited to apply for the Canadian permanent residence during the regular draws in the pool.
In order to enter the express entry pool, candidates must meet the requirements for one of Canada’s Federal High Skilled – economic class immigration categories –
- Federal Skilled Worker Class
- Federal Trades Class
- Canadian Experience Class
