The British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program (BC PNP) issued more than 150 invitations on 9th May to apply for permanent residency (PR) through various streams, such as Skilled Worker, International Graduates, and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC).

This draw focused on profiles with experience or job offers in  in 39 healthcare-related occupations and 35 NOCs linked to Tech occupations.

The cutoff score for technology-related is 90 points, while the cutoff score for healthcare and childhood educators remained low and constant at 60 points .

The processing times for the British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program (BC PNP) are estimated to be 3 months for Skills Immigration and post-nomination requests. These processing times are based on 80% of cases and begin once the BC PNP receives the complete application after being invited in a draw.

If you are applying for Skills Immigration through the BC PNP, you will need to pay an application fee of $1,150. However, there is no fee for registration. If you wish to request a review of your application, you will need to pay an additional fee of $500.
