In the First Manitoba PNP Draw of 2023, 322 Letters of Advice to Apply were issued to Canadian immigration candidates on January 12. The MPNP issued LAAs through three streams.
Of the 322 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 27 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code. According to records, this was MPNP’s 165th draw.
