Manitoba has held a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw under Expression of Interest (EOI) system on February 13, 2021. The draw issued the Letter of Advice to Apply to the candidates of Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education Stream.
The Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) and the required Expression of Interest (EOI) score were as follows:
A total of 20 LAAs went to Express Entry candidates.
About MPNP
In order to get benefit from MPNP, you need to register EOI with MPNP, which helps you to potentially receive LAA through Skilled Workers in Manitoba and Skilled Workers Overseas streams.
Manitoba ranks candidates out of 1,000 points for their human capital factors as well as the likes of their connections to Manitoba.
The Skilled Workers Overseas Category and Skilled Workers in Manitoba streams are designed to allow the province to identify candidates who meet its labour market needs.
Candidates overseas need to demonstrate connections to Manitoba through the likes of close family ties, previous experience in Manitoba, or an invitation through one of Manitoba’s Strategic Recruitment Initiatives. Candidates are not required to be living in Manitoba at the time of the application to be eligible.
In order to receive an invitation under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba category, candidate is required to have a full-time job offer from a provincial employer.
International graduates who complete education in Manitoba can receive an LAA under the International Education Stream if they demonstrate that they have in-demand skills.
