1. Foreign investors and business people seeking permanent residency in Australia have many opportunities thanks to Australias business immigration and investment visas. The visas are intended for applicants who possess commercial acumen and the ability to boost the Australian economy with new business concepts. But beginning in July 2021, the Australian government made some significant adjustments to its categories for Australia business visas for the first time in history. The modifications were made with the intention of streamlining these programs and giving all candidates an easier path to permanent residency. Four streams—Business Innovation, Investor, Significant Investor, and Entrepreneur—replaced the nine existing visa streamlines. Business Innovation Visas The stream for business innovation is intended for people who already own and operate their own businesses. Investors over 45 years old can use the visa process. The investor must be under 55 years old and have a minimum Skill Select score of 65 in order to apply. However, if the firm is profitable and brings in revenue, the nominating state may decide to lift the age restriction. The five-year validity period for the business innovation stream begins on the date of issuance. Investment ConditionsIf you were granted a visa invitation on or after July 1, 2021, the cost would be $25 million.

 Entrepreneur Visa Stream This visa is available to qualified business entrepreneurs with a track record of successful management. The road for an Australia investor visa necessitates a minimum of 65 immigration points, a minimum investment of AUD 1.5 million into Australian state or territory government bonds, and a four-year holding period for that investment. You must also have a minimum of AUD 2.25 million in net personal and commercial assets. Business Visa Stream The investor must obtain a nomination from an Australian state or territory in order to participate in the visa stream. A strong business plan for your goods and services must also be shown. To be eligible, you must obtain a funding arrangement for your business activities from an authorised organisation for at least AUD 200,000. Significant investor stream After making AUD5 million in compliant investments in Australia and continuing their investment activities in the countrys particular state or territory, persons are eligible to migrate to Australia through this pathway. The candidates are required to keep the investment for a minimum of five years. To be eligible, you must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government.
