Quebec issues 351 invitations in new Arrima draw

A new draw was conducted by Quebec Immigration on July 7 through the Arrima Expression of Interest system, inviting 351 candidates

Depending on the category of invitation, minimum scores for this draw ranged from 551 to 624 in the Quebec Expression of Interest points system. The maximum number of points available is 1,320.

 

The draw targeted candidates in several categories:

  •  Candidates with a score of 624 or more and skills and experience in one of the following occupations:
    • 0213 Computer and information systems managers
    • 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
    • 2171 Information systems analysts and consultants
    • 2172 Database analysts and data administrators
    • 2173 Software engineers and designers
    • 2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers
    • 2175 Web designers and developers
    • 2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians
    • 2281 Computer network technicians
    • 2282 User support technicians
    • 2283 Information systems testing technicians
    • 5131 Producers, directors, choreographers and related occupations
    • 5223 Graphic arts technicians
    • 5241 Graphic designers and illustrators
  • Candidates with a score of 575 or above who possess skills and experience specific to the National Occupational Classification code 3233 for licensed practical nurses.
  • Candidates with a score of 580 or higher and skills and experience in National Occupational Classification code 3413 for nurse aides, orderlies, and patient service associates.
  •  Candidates with a score of 551 or higher and skills and experience in the National Occupational Classification code 4214 for early childhood educators and assistants.
  • Candidates with a job offer from an employer outside the Montreal metropolitan area.

Candidates invited to apply for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program have 60 days to complete the application process.
