On April 4th, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued 889 invitations for permanent residency (PR) under three different streams.
Out of these, 752 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were sent to candidates who applied through the Masters Graduate Stream, with a minimum score requirement of 52 or above.
Additionally, the OINP has sent out 131 ITAs to candidates who applied through the PhD Graduate Stream. To be eligible for this stream, applicants needed to have a score of 48 or above.
6 skilled refugees who applied through the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream under the OINP’s Express Entry-aligned Enhanced Provincial Nominee Program (EMPP) also received ITAs. There was no cutoff score for this category.
All of the profiles considered for these three streams were created between November 22, 2022, and April 4, 2023.
