Alberta has recently conducted two Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws in April, where they invited a total of 121 Express Entry profiles to apply for the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) with scores ranging from 307 to 351. These draws were targeted towards candidates whose CRS scores fall within the range of 300-700 and met the specific requirements stated below.
On April 18, 2023, the latest draw for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) welcomed 68 Express Entry profiles who scored 307 and above in the CRS. The draw specifically targeted individuals with CRS scores ranging from 300-700, who possess a job offer in the agriculture sector in Alberta.
In the earlier draw on April 5, 2023, AAIP invited 53 Express Entry profiles who scored 351 or higher in the CRS, with a job offer from an employer in Alberta, under the designated healthcare pathway. The occupations included in this pathway are physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, physician assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and clinical social workers.
As of April 18, 2023, Alberta has already issued a total of 2,171 nomination certificates. Furthermore, the province has a total quota of 9,750 for the year 2023, out of which 4,875 have been reserved for Express Entry profiles.
