British Columbia conducted a new draw through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program on December 6, inviting 188 candidates. The invitations for this draw were distributed in five different categories.
Through the BC PNP Tech stream, 144 invitations were sent to skilled workers and international graduates with a minimum 95-point score.
The draw targeted Early Childhood Educators under NOC 42202 saw 32 invitations sent out to skilled workers and international graduates that achieved at least 60 points.
In a draw targeting healthcare workers, 12 more invitations were issued to skilled workers, international graduates, and entry-level and semi-skilled workers.
In a final draw, less than five invitations were issued to skilled workers and international graduates for other priority occupations under NOCs 31103, 32104. To protect the identity of those invited, the number was recorded as ‘less than 5’.
Due to the new TEER system, BC PNP draws resumed after being suspended for 35 days. Latest BC PNP general Draw was held on November 28, 2022 after a regular weekly BC PNP draw on October 12, 2022.
