The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program conducted a new draw on July 5, sending out invitations to at least 129 candidates. Invitations were issued in four categories in this draw.

A total of 100 invitations were given through the BC PNP Tech stream for skilled workers and international graduates with a minimum score of 85 points.

A draw targeted at Healthcare workers saw 7 invitations issued to skilled workers, international graduates and entry level and semi-skilled workers, also with a minimum score of 60 points.

Additional 21 invitations were issued to skilled workers and international graduates scoring at least 60 points in the draw targeting Early Childhood Educators.

The final set of ‘less than 5’ invitations went to skilled workers and international graduates targeted ‘other priority occupations’ under NOCs 3114 and 3213, with a minimum score of 60. In order to protect the identity of those invited, British Columbia does not publish exact numbers when fewer than five invitations are issued.

Recently, British Columbia conducted a new draw through its Entrepreneur Immigration stream on June 28 for the Regional Pilot stream of the entrepreneur category, which requires a score of 110 or higher.
