  • August 25, 2020

In the latest British Columbia (B.C.) Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw professionals with tech skills were invited to apply for permanent residence on August 25, 2020.

Applicants having job offers in 29 eligible occupations are invited to apply for the weekly PNP Tech pilot draws initiated by B.C. This program was launched in 2017 with the purpose to help B.C.’s technology sector with professional worker’s requirement fulfilment.

On August 25th, 72 invitations were sent via the Tech Pilot draw to the applicants in the Skilled Worker and International Graduate subcategories in both the Express Entry BC (EEBC) and Skills Immigration streams. The minimum score required to get eligible for both the categories was 80 which shows no change in score compared with the previous draw held on August 11.
