Canada conducted its fourth Express Entry draw of the week, issuing 400 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) on December 21, targeting candidates in agricultural occupations. This draw featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 386 points.

This event marked the second draw in a series of occupation-specific invitations, the previous one being on September 28, where 600 ITAs were offered, with a minimum CRS score of 354, also focusing on farming and food-related occupations.

The most recent draw implemented the tie-breaking rule based on submissions before July 06, 2023 at 05:44:14 UTC, ensuring that if multiple candidates had the minimum CRS score, only those who submitted their Express Entry profiles before this specified date and time received invitations.

This draw marked the 40th round of invitations under Express Entry in 2023 and the 276th overall. Successful candidates have a 60-day window to submit their applications, which will be processed within the standard six-month timeframe.
