Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held an Express Entry draw on September 19, 2023, and invited 3,200 candidates from all programs.
Invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Provincial Nominee Program may be issued through this round of invitations.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement for this draw was 531, a significant increase from the previous draw on August 15, 2023, which had a CRS score requirement of 496.

Throughout the year 2023, the IRCC has conducted 26 Express Entry draws, collectively inviting a total of 80,948 profiles. This year, CRS thresholds have varied, ranging from as low as 375 in the Francophile draw to 463 for 35 healthcare occupations, 486 for 24 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) occupations, and the recent draw on September 19, 2023, with a CRS score requirement of 531.
