In the most recent Quebec Arrima draw held on June 22, 2023, a total of 1,006 candidates received invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The details of this draw were published on June 29, 2023.
For this round of invitations, valid profiles in the Quebec Arrima bank as of June 19, 2023, until 6:30 a.m., were considered. The draw specifically targeted Arrima profiles with a minimum oral proficiency level of 7 in French, along with a score of 626 or higher.
In addition, profiles with a valid job offer outside the territory of the Metropolitan Community of Montreal (Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal) were also taken into consideration.
With this latest draw, Quebec has conducted a total of 8 Arrima rounds of invitations in 2023, issuing a remarkable 7,105 invitations to apply (ITAs) so far.
