Manitoba Issues 540 Invitations in Latest Canada Immigration Draw

Manitoba conducted a new Canada immigration draw through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), resulting in the issuance of 540 invitations to apply (ITAs). The draw took place on June 15 and targeted candidates across three MPNP streams.

In this draw, a batch of 255 ITAs was issued to Skilled Workers in Manitoba candidates who are currently employed in Manitoba. The lowest score for this group was 602. These candidates belong to major group occupations such as Technical trades and transportation officers and controllers (72), General construction trades (731), Building maintenance installers, servicers, and repairers (732), and Operators, drillers, and blasters (734).

Skilled Workers in Manitoba candidates in all occupations received 205 ITAs, with a minimum score of 665 points.

Candidates under the International Education Stream received 59 ITAs in this draw.

The remaining 21 ITAs were issued to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, with a minimum score of 718.

A total of 187 of the 540 candidates invited had valid Express Entry IDs and job seeker validation codes, according to the province.
