A total of 507 invitations were extended for permanent residency (PR) on 20th April by three different categories in the Manitoba PNP Draw
The invitations were issued based on three distinct MPNP categories and a targeted draw for 24 different occupations or NOCs.
Under the MPNP Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) category, a total of 249 letters of advise to apply (LAAs) are being issued to applicants who possess experience in one of the 24 listed occupations and have obtained a score of 615 or higher.
The 24 jobs listed under the MPNP Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) category were selected based on the most recent report of Statistics Canada for occupations with significant labour demands.

These specific drawings for MPNP SWM occupations serve as an exemplary model for the targeted draws of Federal Express Entry this year.
The Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) general draw extended a total of 194 invitations for permanent residency to all NOC codes with a score of 651 or higher.
Furthermore, an additional 38 LAAs are being issued to applicants who have created profiles under the Manitoba International Education Stream (IES), while 26 invitations are reserved for the Strategic Recruitment Initiative to Manitoba Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) category with a score of 719 or higher.
Overall, out of the 507 LAAs, 91 invitations are being issued to candidates who have declared a valid Express Entry profile.
