Cutoff Score Drops to 611
In this latest MPNP draw, the cutoff score for eligibility experienced a drop, settling at 611 points based on the point system of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Expression of Interest (EOI). This reduction in the cutoff score opened up opportunities for more individuals to be considered for nomination in this particular draw.
No Draw for Skilled Workers in Manitoba or International Education Stream (IES)
It is important to note that the MPNP did not hold any draw for Skilled Workers in Manitoba or the International Education Stream (IES) on July 20, 2023. The invitations were exclusively offered to candidates under the Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) category.

In the previous Manitoba PNP draw, which occurred on July 20, 2023, a total of 595 applicants were invited for permanent residency under the Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) category. These applicants secured an Expression of Interest (EOI) score of 774 or above, and among them, 340 profiles held a valid Express Entry profile.
Next Manitoba-MPNP Draw of 2023: Expected on July 27, 2023
The Manitoba-MPNP draws are typically held bi-weekly, with new rounds of invitations being issued approximately every 14 days. As such, the next MPNP draw is expected to be announced on July 27, 2023. Aspiring immigrants who meet the eligibility criteria and have submitted their profiles should stay informed by regularly checking the official MPNP website for updates on the upcoming draw.
