In the record-breaking Manitoba PNP draw (MPNP) of December 15, 2022, 1,030 letters of advice were sent to skilled workers overseas. LAAs means Manitoba has selected the invited applicants for provincial nomination. The cut-off score for this draw was also decent at 600.

A special feature of this draw is that 656 candidates with valid Express Entry profiles were invited to claim their provincial nomination. Therefore, they will receive 600 additional points in their Express Entry profile, ensuring they will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next Express Entry round.

The cutoff score has been lowered by 73 points compared to the previous MPNP draw on December 1, 2022. The lowest MPNP cut-off score was 459 in January 2022.

For 2022, the MPNP has a quota of 6,367 applications and so far 7,105 invites have already been sent this year.
