The July 6 draw targeted Express Entry profiles created between July 6, 2022 and July 6, 2023. Candidates with CRS scores between 479 and 485 in the following 9 tech occupations were invited:

The CRS cutoff score for the July 6 draw was 479, which is 4 points higher than the previous tech-targeted OINP draw in May 2023.

Invited candidates will now have 45 days to claim their provincial nomination. Once they have been nominated by OINP, they will be able to apply for permanent residency in Canada.

This is the seventh HCP stream draw in 2023, and OINP has invited 8,499 Express Entry profiles in total.

You can select Ontario as your province of destination when you create your profile. OINP will then scan the Express Entry pool and send you a notification of interest if you meet the draw criteria.
