  • Masters Graduate Stream: 755 ITAs were extended to profiles with a score of 48 and above in a general draw. This stream remains highly sought-after among applicants in 2023.
  • PhD Graduate Stream: Under the general draw of the PhD Graduate Stream, 84 ITAs were sent to applicants with a score of 39 and above.
  • Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (Economic Mobility Pathways): One invitation was granted to a profile with a score of 36 and above in this targeted draw.

Invited candidates from these draws now have a 14-day window to submit their applications for provincial permanent residency (PR).

OINP Allocation Increase for 2023

In a positive move, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has significantly increased the OINP allocation for the year 2023.
