On February 9, Ontario issued 749 Canada immigration invitations in three Expression of Interest draws, through its Employer Job Offer streams, for Foreign Workers and In-Demand Skills.
The Foreign Worker stream was divided into 476 candidates from a draw that targeted trades occupations, and 166 who were invited in a general draw. There were 107 invited in the In-Demand Skills stream draw.
Here is a breakdown:
- Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream (trades occupations) – 476 invitations, minimum score 24 with skills and experience in any of 41 target occupations
- Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream (general) – 166 invitations, minimum score 41;
- Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream – 107 invitations, minimum score 15.
