Quebec has released details of a draw targeting tech, health & teaching jobs

The Quebec government has released details of a draw held on December 15 targeting technology, health, and teaching jobs using the Arrima Expression of Interest system, with 1,047 applicants invited to apply. Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: December 12, 2022 at 5:30 a.m.

A candidate who scored 571 points and has a job offer outside of the Montreal Metropolitan Community was invited, and their occupation is listed in the following National Occupational Classifications (NOC):

  • 0213 – Computer systems managers
  • 2147 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
  • 2131 – Civil Engineers
  • 2132 – Mechanical Engineers
  • 2133 – Electrical and electronics engineers
  • 2141 – Industrial and manufacturing engineers
  • 2231 – Civil engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2232 – Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2233 – Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians
  • 2171 – Computer analysts and consultants
  • 2172 – Database Analysts and Data Administrators
  • 2173 – Software Engineers and Designers
  • 2174 – Computer programmers and interactive media developers
  • 2175 – Web Designers and Developers

Candidates invited by Quebec to apply for permanent selection have 60 days to submit their applications and pay processing fees. All applications will be processed within six months after all required information has been received by Quebec. This includes all forms and documents.
